International. Hikvision was honored as a Strategic Executive Partner of the Electronic Security Association (ESA) at a special event held on June 24.
Established in 1948, ESA is the largest trade association representing electronic security and the security industry. Member companies are engaged in installing, integrating, monitoring and/or manufacturing intrusion and fire detection systems, video surveillance and electronic access control systems to commercial, residential, industrial and government customers.
ESA established the Strategic Executive Partnership (ESP) program in 2008 to provide funding and support to institutional programs that promote and augment the security industry.
Hikvision's commitment to innovation in safety technology and enrichment opportunities for its customers make it a very suitable partner for ESA, providing the industry-leading education and valuable benefits to the installation of security member companies while improving public safety, and being a benchmark in the industry.
At a special reception, ESA held the first night of the Electronic Security Expo (ESX) in Baltimore on 24 June. This event provided an opportunity to network and celebrated the contributions of ESA volunteers, committees, professional groups and strategic partner executives. The reception also offered attendees the opportunity to learn more about ESA's annual philanthropy project, ESA Gives Back, and its charity chosen for 2015: The Green Beret Foundation.
Alex Asnovich, Marketing Director of Hikvision USA, received a plaque on behalf of Hikvision.
"Hikvision is proud to support ESA, and we are delighted to be recognized as one of its most valuable partners," said Asnovich. "Hikvision will continue its rapid growth in North America, which is why we are dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with industry-leading organizations like ESA."
