International. DSC redefines intrusion protection with the launch of PowerSeries Neo, a new line of scalable commercial and residential products that combines the flexibility of a modular, wired system with the simplicity of a wide range of compatible wireless devices.
This exceptionally flexible platform leverages the excellent capabilities of PowerG – the industry's leading wireless intrusion protection technology – making it the most comprehensive hybrid intrusion protection system on the market today.
With solutions for a complete spectrum of installations, the PowerSeries Neo system offers a fully adaptable solution, with a series of control panels and wireless devices with PowerG technology that are easy to install. At the core of the system are four panels, whose capacity ranges from 16 to 128 zones of two to eight partitions. Each panel starts with six or eight wired inputs, 2-4 wired outputs, and built-in RTCP (Public Switched Telephone Network) communication, with the possibility of expansion, and adding additional functions and services. PowerSeries Neo offers a full range of optional cellular and/or IP communication methods to help the industry move away from traditional phone lines.
The system, equipped with PowerG wireless two-way communication, the industry's leading technology, can switch between wireless frequency channels, so that if one is congested, it switches to a free frequency. This allows a fluid and reliable communication, between the control panel and the devices. Additionally, PowerSeries Neo allows devices to continuously measure the quality of communication and automatically adjust the transmission power to the minimum necessary to have reliable communication with the panel, with the consequent energy savings and the prolongation of battery life. Robust encryption technology offers an exceptionally high level of protection against digital attacks on the system.
