Spain. Eleven countries met in Madrid to fight against child pornography, seeking an agreement with Internet providers in order to prevent access to pages that have such content.
This security plan provides for Internet servers to divert access to these pages to a web page run by the police, which warns the Internet user that the possession and distribution of images of sexual abuse of minors is a crime.
The process of filtering these pages has already been carried out in countries such as Norway, Sweden and Denmark, in which positive responses have been given and criminal acts related to the commercialization of child pornography have been avoided.
