CBC
Varifocal solutions
CBC (America) Corp., has launched three new IR lenses manufactured to offer the best possible performance in images with day/night cameras. Computar's Day/Night lenses work with IR lighting. The lenses eliminate the shift in focus that occurs in conventional lenses at night, offering better illumination in 24-hour surveillance.
In addition, the 8.5-40mm varifocal has an extended telephoto range while maintaining the maximum aperture of F1.3, offering the best external surveillance day or night. The second 2.8-12mm model offers field visibility for almost all surveillance applications; while the third 2.9-8.2mm offers verifiable spherical optics that provide maximum aperture to serve when there is less light.
All IR Computar varifocals are available with manual iris or with automatic iris in all its versions.
