The K-Prox2 proximity reader is a product that uses radio frequency technology, includes a plate for mounting in rectangular 4 x 2 boxes built of ABS plastic, is compatible with the HID Wiegand protocol and has a sealed design suitable for indoor or outdoor use and that facilitates its installation. The reader has a measure of 11.43 cm x 3.8 cm x 1.6 cm, the rectangular plate measures 11.43 cm x 7.62 cm x 1.6 cm. The reading range for non-metallic surface is 15.2 cms, and for metal it is 10.2 cms. Its operating temperature is from - 40º C to 65º C.
