On the one hand, Netcamara Basic is a software for small implementations that do not require complex administration. It is ideal for homes and SMEs since the platform is designed to support up to 16 cameras, with web client and stand alone architecture. For its part, the Netcamara City was developed for urban surveillance solutions, with Wi-Fi connectivity that require a significant number of cameras and want to maximize bandwidth. It supports up to 50 cameras and allows its publication on the Internet. The most important difference of this system lies in the VSS (video stream server), a fundamental development to optimize the connection links.
