The images are printed on a thin retransfer film in an "inverted image" and the heat is transferred to the card. The quality of the final card is comparable to *off-set* lithographic printing, but with the advantage that each card can be different.This printer is equipped with a smart card encoder which supports: MIFARE ®, DESFire ®, HID: iCLASS ®, Legic®, and contact *chip* .
