By providing a raised platform, well above the field of operation, the system offers a dominant and indispensable view of the scene below. The system includes a trailer and is capable of holding a day/night stabilized electro-optical payload suspended from a helium-filled aerostat that is tethered to a ground system and a portable ground control station (PGCS). Its design allows it to withstand a wind speed of up to 40 knots and lift a load of 20 kilograms, offering surveillance coverage from an altitude of up to 1,000 feet for 72 hours.
