Within the SNC-EMX30 models, Sony's Exmor CMOS sensor captures Full HD video at 30 fps, while the SNC-EMX50 models feature a 5-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor, as well as a wide dynamic range to improve image visibility in high-contrast environments.

Indoor and outdoor "R" variants add a comprehensive infrared illuminator, which delivers clear black-and-white images in total darkness.

All EMX series cameras include essential video analytics, which brings additional intelligence to security applications. Its internal RAM supports 60 seconds of pre-alarm recording. A micro SD card slot allows local recording on the camera or recording in failures, so nothing is lost, even when the network goes down.

All rugged outdoor models are ready for demanding safety applications in any environment with IK10 rated impact protection and IP66 water and dust protection.
