New features include system integration, operational workflow, security and system health, as well as improvements in image quality, bandwidth usage, and storage requirements. In addition, it strengthens system security with new authentication requirements, password change reminders, and TLS 1.2 support.

The new camera status feature in Ocularis Administrator allows operators to see the status of all cameras at a glance, across all recorders and branch offices, and new smart camera controllers from Dahua, Panasonic and TKH Security Solutions were added.

Ocularis is available in three versions: Professional, for organizations operating in multiple locations with small and medium cameras; Enterprise, for medium and large IT-centric organizations; and Ultimate, for large organizations with extended command and control and server failure recording needs.
