Device packs contain software updates that support new computers. These updates seek to support the widest possible range of devices. This year, Milestone reached 6,000 compatible devices.

In the device pack 9.1 the support has been extended to the body cameras of Digital Barriers. XProtect can now interact with Digital Barriers' Edgevis servers. These specialized servers provide a secure and scalable video streaming platform, capable of streaming live video from cameras to users, over any wireless network, but especially those that have little bandwidth.
