The purpose of this paper is to address a brief study of Online Social Networks from the analysis of their legal problems and the application of current regulations in Argentina.

Networks are forms of social interaction defined as a dynamic exchange between people, groups and institutions in contexts of complexity. They consist of an open system and permanent construction that involves groups that identify themselves in the same needs and problems and that are organized to enhance their resources.

The so-called online social networks consist of services provided through the Internet that allow users to generate a public profile, in which to capture personal data and information about oneself, having tools that allow interacting with the rest of users related or not to the published profile.
