Automation and flexibility** Another great advantage of the model is the possibility of increasing the level of automation of the environment and giving more flexibility to the choices and to the attention of the demand of the businesses. Technology, when based on defined routine automation policies, such as provisioning, localization, configuration, and control, significantly reduces some of the human mediation.
