The Axis Q8414-LVS model has a stainless steel housing and anti-removal design ideal for video surveillance in prisons. This breakthrough was achieved after hard working closely with prison authorities in several countries, as well as system integrators and installers, Axis designed the Q8414-LVS with an external structure with as few cavities and attachment points as possible, so that prisoners cannot hold on to the chamber. The camera's unique design supports acts of vandalism and prevents the use of the product as a tool for rebellion. Thanks to a built-in microphone and the possibility of integration into an alarm system through the I/O port, the camera can generate automatic alerts if the noise in a wing of the prison exceeds a certain volume, a situation that can indicate a principle of disorder. - Publicidad - Unlike ordinary cameras that produce black and white images at night, the launch features Lightfinder technology, capable of capturing color images even in the dark.
