The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of this year. Based in St. Thomas, JE Security Systems & Services has been providing electronic security, patrol and response services for more than 30 years. Its client portfolio includes insurance companies, banks, embassies, construction companies, government facilities and residential communities.
