More than 50 executives and industry members gathered in this space with the aim of sharing current challenges, insights into the latest trends, and their own industry experiences and practices.

The Summit served as a platform for local real estate industry players to share their knowledge and experiences regarding their collaboration with the Chinese brand. It also enabled real estate experts from around the world to explore Dahua's innovative AIoT products, solutions and businesses in emerging fields in the 7,000 m2 Dahua Digital Intelligence Showroom.

Jason Zhao, CEO of Dahua Technology, emphasized the importance of digitalization in the real estate industry. "The influence and transformation that digitalization brings to the real estate sector is immense," he said. "By leveraging our innovative strengths in AIoT, big data, cloud computing and other fields, Dahua empowers various industries around the world. We work together with our ecosystem of partners to build smart building solutions and service systems, with success stories seen in more than 30 countries such as Dubai (UAE), Qatar, Australia, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan and Malaysia. By harnessing technology and the power of digital transformation, Dahua demonstrates our devotion to creating a new safe, reliable, green, efficient and convenient format for the real estate industry."

James Wang, general manager of Overseas Solutions at Dahua R&D Center, also showcased Dahua's comprehensive AI development from basic capabilities to industrial applications. In addition, he stressed the importance of jointly creating an open and cooperative ecosystem, especially taking advantage of the integration of the Dahua capability group and the merging of partners' capabilities, and achieving a win-win situation in digital intelligence through joint solutions.
