Among these changes, as a result of the existing generational change, is the new internal organization. A structured organization with the intention of turning the Casmar Group into a more transversal company, more coherent with the future strategy and, above all, more global. Casmar continues to be a family business run, consequently, by a Family Committee composed of Alfonso, Gonzalo and Montse Castro Roca, which assumes the position of CEO of the Group. According to the CEO, "the new organization is based on four key departments for the development and consolidation of objectives, Product, Commercial, Operations and Finance, led by Teo Fúnez, Juanjo Hernández, Gonzalo Castro Roca and Jordi Martín, respectively." Casmar has been in the security sector for more than 40 years with the mission of offering comprehensive security solutions with high added value.
