With the aim of providing excellent support, the company conducts every year, in several countries, training its users of the SoftGuard system in the use of its solutions, including the operating system and applications.

"Our Training & Implementation staff dedicates two consecutive days of working days to certify the use of the SoftGuard tool to the supervisors and administrators of each company," says Romina Capursos, marketing at SoftGuard.

This year the inscriptions for the Certifications for Administrators have already begun, the first of them was held last February in San José, Costa Rica. SoftGuard also brings the certification to Asunción, Paraguay on March 11 and 12. In addition, registration is now available for those who want to take the certification in Panama City on April 15 and 16.

Anyone who wants to access new knowledge can do so through the e-learning format, a 24-hour active online course giving flexibility in learning. The course is totally online, you will be able to have direct contact with the trainers, make inquiries and be accompanied throughout the training experience," Romina added.
