      Details     22 January 2019          ![](https://www.ventasdeseguridad.com/images/stories/VDS/users/sjaramillo1/soft99.jpg)*Latin America.* The video verification of alarms is a very fast growing market because in all countries, the public forces are achieving regulations so that the alarms are not dispatched without verification because in addition to minimizing errors, inconvenience is avoided both for the monitoring center and for the security forces, as well as the tranquility it offers for those who are monitored and this is where the video is demanded.

SoftGuard and Dahua, as an expansion plan for next year, have recently signed an agreement as partners in technological integration and business development in security, precisely aiming at the video verification of alarms.

The SoftGuard platform already integrates a large number of Dahua equipment, the purpose is to offer all users the latest in technological developments. If for more than 5 years, users of this system can receive alarm events with video verification, with this new integration, it seeks to expand the services for security companies, allowing to expand the range of services provided to their customers, incorporating video verification as a code of good practice and quality standards, also reducing the wear and costs generated by false alarms attended and dispatched, thus improving the quality of event service.

In 2019, SoftGuard & Dahua also plan to show this integration in action at the most important security fairs in America, Europe, Asia and Africa, as well as all the technological advances to continue conquering the entire market with innovative solutions and at the forefront of today's world.
