      Details     22 November 2016          ![](https://www.ventasdeseguridad.com/images/stories/VDS/foto3.jpg)*International*. All Arecont Vision cameras manufactured after October 20, 2016 now come with DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) enabled, rather than a default static IP address.

The camera's graphical user interface or AV IP Utility will continue to easily allow installers to set a specific static IP address when needed.

The newly manufactured cameras will make their way into the DHCP-enabled supply chain, as well as existing inventory units at Arecont Vision and on the shelves of authorized dealers that are purchased by customers around the world. The GUI camera can still be used to choose between DHCP or a specific static IP address.

Arecont Vision continues to make installation and operation megapixel cameras easier than ever. New camera designs, compact and lightweight. New features such as motorized lenses and remote focus in all product lines.
