The annual iF Design Award is recognized as a symbol of design excellence worldwide, attracting more than 5,000 submissions from 70 different countries, being judged by a panel of more than 60 design experts. The PanoVu camera provides 360-degree Ultra HD distortion-free images with 8 x 1/1.9" CMOS progressive scan sensors in a single camera. This allows users to replace multiple cameras with a single multi-sensor unit – reducing costs and reducing technical complexity. Its all-in-one design provides easy-to-use installation and configuration via a single Ethernet cable and a single power supply cable. The minimum illumination of 0.002 Lux in color mode indicates that full 360-degree control is available. Hikvision's director of international marketing, Keen Yao, said the iF Design Award is a great honor and recognition of the work done by Hikvision's dedicated engineers. "The PanoVu Series features a simple, clean design and a compact structure that provides ultra-high definition panoramic images that seamlessly integrate video from multiple sensors within a single unit. Each year, the iF International Forum Design invites with submissions from around the world in seven disciplines: Product, Packaging, Communication, Interior Architecture, Professional Concept, Service Design and Architecture.
