      Details     15 December 2015          *![](https://www.ventasdeseguridad.com/images/stories/VDS/0-1estadio.jpg)Colombia.* In a press conference, the mayor of the city, Aníbal Gaviria Correa, exposed to the media the monitoring and surveillance center that increases from 36 to 166 the security cameras of the sports stage.

The local president revealed that the investment in the new system, through which justice is sought with those responsible for possible disorders, was greater than 5,600 million pesos and that it will be integrated into other similar technologies located in public places.

The system consists of 170 cameras, facial identification, control and monitoring center, among other features that will contribute to improving healthy coexistence in the sports scenario.

According to the Mayor's Office, Estadio Seguro "is the most advanced technological project in the country to preserve the tranquility and integrity of the people who come to the stage."

David Mora Gómez, director of the Inder of Medellín, also announced that a total of 1,450 people are already recognized by the system, which is similar to that used in countries such as Brazil.

Registration to enter the database of new technological system can be done at the stadium facilities and takes no more than two minutes.
