Net sales increased by 16% compared to 2011.

Spurred by increasing security issues due to the threat of terrorism and other factors, the IP surveillance industry has experienced significant growth. In addition, advances in technology, such as higher resolution, improved video quality, increased storage capacity, and improved network communications, are also driving growth.

Vivotek, for a long time, by adopting energy research and development, sales service, marketing and technical supports as strengths, has been recognized as the most valued and trusted brand for its partners in the global IP surveillance market.

"Looking back on our sales and achievements in developing innovative technologies from 2012 was certainly another successful and significant year," said Owen Chen, president of Vivotek, adding that "our revenue increased more than 16% over the previous year and we are optimistic about our outlook for this year."
