"The combination of research, development and innovation capabilities for technological design will provide our customers with complete video security solutions," said Jeffrey Liu, President of Infinova, who further added that "this transaction increases our global presence and will take us to the top 10 security and surveillance locations in the global market in terms of revenue."

"We have always been a leader in forward-thinking technology, cutting-edge ideas and design," said Peter Strom, president and CEO of March Networks, who further indicated that "we will now have additional research from Infinova, in addition to design resources, as well as manufacturing expertise. These advantages will help us remain among the industry leaders as it allows us to offer more innovative products to market at a rapid pace."
