      Details     18 October 2011           ![alt](https://www.ventasdeseguridad.com/images/stories/VDS/Noticias/visitas-tce.jpg)*Colombia.* As part of the complement to the [Programa Académico](http://www.tecnoedificios.com/programa-academico/programa-de-conferencias-2011.html), **TecnoEdificios 2011**, congress on technologies for the modernization of buildings, will make four guided visits for its attendees to some of the most important commercial and industrial buildings in the city of Medellín.

The Bancolombia Building, the San Vicente de Paul Hospital, the EPM Intelligent Building and the Eafit University Engineering Building **will reveal the details of their construction** and renovation based on the optimization of their technologies.

All these buildings fulfill the purpose of **operating under efficiency parameters**, as they have different technologies and designs designed to save energy, reduce water consumption, increase safety and improve automation with control and administration systems of all installed solutions.

All the visits will be held on November 8, that is, prior to the congress that will take place on November 9 and 10 at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center.
