      Details     16 February 2009           *Sweden*. According to the year-end report published by Axis Communications, net sales for 2008 increased by 18 percent from 1671 MSEK (Swedish krona) to 1975 MSEK. Q4 results showed a significant decline in profit after tax, falling from 67 MSEK to 45 MSEK.Ray Mauritsson, CEO of Axis Communications, says that the current financial turbulence in some cases causes decision-making on security facilities to be postponed, and there is currently less activity in the global network video market, but in the long term there is great growth potential for IP video products.
