One of the main Spanish resorts, in the Balearic Islands, will invest $50 thousand euros in the installation of six cameras to ensure the safety of citizens and tourists, which represent the first phase of a project to monitor the main parks and public spaces of the city. The announcement, made by Police Chief Antonio Donaire, specifies that the project is authorized by the government delegation and that the cameras will be permanently controlled by a police officer.
