Páez is an electrical engineer with a specialization in commercial management and marketing. In addition, he has another postgraduate degree in engineering project management. His professional journey is backed by 13 years of professional experience in electronic security. Of these, five years managing the implementation of comprehensive security projects and integration of technologies and leading work teams. In addition, 8 years as commercial manager for different countries in Latin America.

For Diego Páez, "responding to the expectations of senior management on compliance with commercial goals and customer satisfaction indicators" is one of his main challenges; as well as contributing from its experience, to the growth of the local and regional channels in which HID Global has a presence.
