Kemper, Dutch by birth, who studied business administration and marketing, will bring to the association extensive managerial experience, as he has worked in management in the Latin American market with Phillips since 1996, being responsible for the development of the Latin American CCTV market (with this same company) since 2000. From 2003 to 2007, Frans held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for Latin America at Bosch Security Systems. In the same way, Kemper states that "the electronic security industry has the responsibility for the safety of people and property. And there is a great need in Latin America to have robust and reliable electronic security systems installed in their homes and businesses. However, we can only fulfill this responsibility if we have a clear knowledge of the products.
