Barbados. The company would carry out the purchase of JE Security Systems & Services through its subsidiary G4S Secure Solutions (Barbados) Limited. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of this year.
Headquartered in St. Thomas, JE Security Systems & Services has been providing electronic security, patrol and response services for more than 30 years. His client portfolio includes insurance companies, banks, embassies, construction companies, government facilities, and residential communities.

Between 2022 and 2023, Allied Universal completed 18 acquisitions: 13 in North America and six internationally. Previously, during 2021, Allied Universal acquired 10 companies, including G4S. The company has stated that these acquisitions are consistent with its growth and expansion strategy.
