Colombia. The distribution company SAC Seguridad signed an agreement with SoftGuard to offer in the Colombian market the services of the ULTRA solution, which gives access to use the entire suite of modules, cellular applications and services in an unlimited way of the company specialized in monitoring software.
The starting point to carry out this alliance is the leadership in the market that these partners have achieved, through which they consolidated themselves as leaders in the Latin American region. According to Virginia D'Eric, Commercial Director for SoftGuard, the growth of the company is largely due to the importance that "the main differentiator that SoftGuard has is that our software development is suitable to be integrated with all technologies, allowing to expand the services for security companies and increasing the range of services provided to their customers".
With this commercial agreement, they are working on the distribution of a Premium service. "These types of innovative solutions are the ones we are commercializing since 2021 and the ones that have given us connection with new colleagues. ULTRA is already implemented in more than 50 countries including Colombia and now with SAC Security Colombian companies will receive preferential and close treatment, "says Marcos Avalos, Country Manager of SoftGuard and adds that "although the marketing model has evolved worldwide, turning to the sale of licenses by subscription, in SoftGuard perpetual licenses for special projects are still marketed".
D'Eric adds that "at SoftGuard we are convinced that we have the solutions to support this growth, so we focus on opening new paths for the benefit of the channel, from workshops, technical certifications, creation of digital events to unlimited growth". From SoftGuard, they assure that the clients of the company SAC SEGURIDAD "will hire ULTRA because in addition to preferring a quality service they will give priority to having unlimited advanced technology".
To achieve the proposed objectives, the joint work of all areas of each company will be significantly increased, focusing on the development of strategies so that clients can find solutions for their projects at full scale.
