Latin America. Altronix introduced its new ACMS12 and ACMS12CB access power controllers and the PDS16 and PDS16CB power distribution modules. These new subassemblies further increase the capacity of the access control system in Altronix Trove power and access integration solutions, and any other wall or rack mount solutions, reducing overall installation and equipment costs.
"Our new subassemblies deliver up to twice as many results and feature the same stackable mounting space, which is often used with our VR6 and Tango1B," said Ronnie Pennington, Sales Director for the Americas at Altronix. "More outputs in less space also mean more space for controllers inside a cabinet. This allows installers to easily configure and scale new and existing systems, especially when preconfigured within an Altronix Trove kit."
The ACMS12 series features dual inputs that allow power to be directed from two independent low-voltage power supplies from 5 to 24 V DC to twelve (12) independently controlled fuse or PTC protected outputs. These access power controllers fit a variety of devices including magnetic locks, electric locks, magnetic door holders, and more. A FACP interface allows for emergency exit and alarm monitoring, or can be used to activate other auxiliary devices with individually selectable fire alarm disconnection for any or all of the twelve outputs. Shovel connectors allow installers to daisy chain power to multiple subassembly modules to distribute power over more outputs for larger systems.
The PDS16 series features dual inputs designed to direct power from two low-voltage AC or DC power supplies. Power is distributed over a total of sixteen fuse-protected outlets or PTCs with shovel connectors that allow installers to daisy chain multiple subassembly modules to distribute power over more outputs for larger systems. Altronix products are NDAA and TAA compliant and backed by a lifetime warranty.
