Latin America. Milestone Systems confirmed its new sales director for Latin America. This is Mauricio Swain, who since May 16 joins the management team of the Americas. The main responsibilities of this professional include directly supervising the sales team and its alliances with the channels and the community throughout the region.

"Mauricio comes with strong experience as a senior industry professional, backed by an extensive background in sales strategy and leadership. I am confident that it will be a great asset to Milestone and will allow us to advance the organization's Latin American market penetration strategy."
Swain has more than 20 years of experience in the development of business and business strategies. Prior to this position, he held the positions of Head of Business Development for LATAM at Axis Communications, Director of Global Accounts for Latin America at CommScope and Director of Sales (with an Infrastructure Integrator in Mexico), among others. He is a graduate of ITESM, Campus Estado de México, with a degree in Systems Engineering and Electronics and a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), specialized in Coaching & Strategy. He also has additional certifications from BICSI, such as Telecommunications Project Manager (TPM) and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), among others.
