There is no doubt that the Latin American Security Association (ALAS) has been doing valuable work that is worth highlighting, and should be taken as an example for other Latin American unions that also fight to keep the electronic security industry ahead.
I want to congratulate ALAS for an impeccable organization of the last Management Summit, held on July 26 and 27 at the Doubletree by Hilton Miami Airport & Convention Center Hotel, where we participated and witnessed the excellent event, for its quality of exhibitors and unbeatable public presence.
Undoubtedly, I dare to say that the Latin American Security Association (ALAS), which these days celebrates its twentieth anniversary, is the best organized association in Latin America, of course without ignoring the great effort made by some other union and sectoral initiatives of a regional and local nature.
ALAS holds many training events, such as its Technological Meetings, Courses and workshops throughout the year, and has undoubtedly the most prestigious event in the sector in the region for the Spanish language, the Management Summit, which year after year is consolidated as an obligatory meeting point and reference for the industry.
I believe that this association should be taken as an example of organization and good teamwork, led by its CEO, Alberto Álvarez, and by its working group complemented by the work of Gina Castillo, Tadeo Ospina, and other staff members.
Congratulations ALAS and keep on that right track. In SECURITY SALES they will always have an ally.
