Your family and safety, your passions


In addition to being a man dedicated to his family, Miguel Gregorio Vázquez is an entrepreneur who has built a successful company thanks to the dedication and commitment with which he has taken on the challenge of offering specialized services in telephony and data under international standards of security systems.

He was born on October 25 in the small town of Bella Vista, southwest of Tucumán, Argentina, where he and his seven brothers completed their secondary studies at the Technical School number 2, where he obtained the title of Electromechanical Technician; a first approach to the world of technology, communications, data, security and energy.

In VENTAS DE SEGURIDAD we spoke with this entrepreneur to know a little more about his life, his personal and professional projects, as well as to know what are the plans he has in the short and medium term for All Services S.R.L, the company he currently manages and for which he was chosen as Professional of the Month.

The beginnings in the business
After his secondary studies, Miguel Vázquez began the career of Electrical Engineering, but after two years he traveled with his family to Buenos Aires to start his professional career, starting by installing telephone exchanges for the company Sade Obrelmec and doing security installations (intrusion alarms), for the company Centinela, among other activities.

Nine years later, exactly in 1992 and with the help of Ariel Ferreras, he started the company that began specializing in telephony and then in data, specifically in everything that concerns layer 1 of the OSI communications interconnection model, to currently provide integral solutions to all its customers, from structured cabling to the integration of all security systems.

But to get to this point it was necessary to take into account that everything in the business was following the path of convergence through a single information transport platform, which is why All Services S.R.L was inclined to be a specialist in the field. And so it was that thanks to the communication capacity of the engineer Ferreras "we began to invest in training our engineers and technicians to today be certified integrators in the solutions of Bosch Security Systems".

Miguel the father of the family
Vázquez's family nucleus is made up of his wife Beatriz, with whom he has been married for 29 years and their four children: Luciana, Ricardo, Carla and Miguelito. The first two also share their working life where Luciana, Information Systems Engineer, is responsible for the Security Systems Department.

As a hobby, Miguel declares himself passionate about football, a sport he practiced in his youth and still enjoys going to the field to support the Boca Juniors club.

Another of his preferences to spend free time with his family is to go fishing, a custom that was instilled by his father and brother and that he usually enjoys.



"I also like everything that refers to the tools, whether for the home or for the company. It is a good investment to have the necessary elements that help to perform the tasks properly and with greater professionalism."

For Miguel his personal goals are clear, because what he wants most is to maintain the happiness of his family, continue enjoying his children and future grandchildren, in addition to leaving a clear path for Luciana to take control of the Company, a project in which he is working hard.

Professionally, the manager of All Services S.R.L would like to achieve an export of labor for services much more frequently than he is currently doing.

All this is demonstrated when he affirms that the word "fear" is absent in his vocabulary, since "I have learned a lot in life and I am willing to face everything that comes up, because I have the support of my loved ones."

For Vázquez, becoming the business partners of leading manufacturers and distributors is the reason for its success in the market, added to the existing commitment and compliance with customers and colleagues and the intention to maintain the technological challenges that have always been to provide its users with a robust and reliable solution.

As a manager, the challenge is to be able to transmit to all the staff what the company's business objectives are, reach 100% of the certified staff and finally "achieve the collective interest between each other as human beings and colleagues".

That is why our Professional of the Month for this edition is clear that "a client is a partner. And a manager must have the vision of being able to instruct his employees to offer him a solution that can reach the convergence of all the services he is looking for."

This position clears the vision on the evolution that the Argentine industry has had in the technological field and the competition between companies and argues Miguel, who in his opinion the digital era has been promoting electronic security with an increasingly rapid and rising growth.

"Today, companies take security systems as a service within their company much more into consideration. Services can be perfectly controlled under an IP platform and are amortized in less time, due to the fact that less human resources are used."

In the Argentine competition, small companies buy by price, which implies access to fragile and unreliable systems. "This results in the investment made in security systems, it is required to do 2 or 3 times, so they never amortize, while for medium and large companies this type of service is amortizable in a very short period of time due to access to robust and reliable systems, "- concludes Vázquez.

As for the future of the market, Miguel believes that this service will soon be as indispensable as the Internet is now, because electronic security is a service that is to help people, giving them a better quality of life and greater peace of mind through CCTV, access, fire and intrusion systems, etc.

A day and an anecdote
Our Professional of the Month begins his work arriving at the company between 9 and 10 in the morning. Start the day with the obligatory reading of emails or sometimes with meetings with clients to meet and advise them.

Subsequently, it begins a process of evaluation of the solutions designed for the various projects, internalizing the details of the facilities in execution: "I talk to customers and usually in the afternoons I have communications with manufacturers and distributors to then elaborate a particular proposal".

The day ends meeting with his daughter where he evaluates what happened during the day and what will be the next.

As for the experience that has led him to become a successful businessman, Miguel Vázquez recalls that when he began his professional life at Sade Obrelmec, on occasion setting up public telephone exchanges, he had to deal with an inconvenience of installation in walls that were in a false squad and whose support was sent to the Japanese personnel in charge. of the supervision of the process, who with a poor Spaniard tried to explain the task to be executed, but that no one could interpret.

Thus, thanks to his youth and fresh student knowledge, he managed to interpret the supervisor's recommendation and carry out the installation until the end with just 23 years of age.

"I always tell my children this anecdote, just as every time I can I remind them of Steve Jobs' speech at Harvard University, which coincides with the teaching of my story: a person who is not educated, cannot aspire to anything."
